Benelli is the queen of the herd! While she may be a standoffish doe, she loves receiving scratches and attention. Benelli is a striking doe with a long body, a level topline and rump, well-angled rear legs, and a beautiful udder. She scored impressively on appraisal, receiving a first freshener rating of GVVV 85 then as a 3F scored a VEEE90! Her udder scores were 40 FUA, 46 RUH, 38 RUA, and a 36 Medial! Benelli also qualified for her milk star in all three categories; milk, butterfat, and protein as a first freshener, and she surpassed her previous record with a high of 6.9 lbs on milk test day! Unfortunately, we faced some milking issues this summer due to circumstances beyond her control, which affected her production. Now that I am aware of these challenges, I will be diligent in monitoring my daughter's milking sessions this year!
